It presents advanced analyses of global issues, drawing insights from the social sciences, including from international relations, economics, politics, public policies, development studies, transnationalism, identities, history, and critical theory. The Journal seeks to foster an advance understanding of global dynamics, including global engagement policies, global politics and the involvement of state and non-state actors in international affairs.

Comprehensive Security Studies (CSS) journal encourages innovative, critical and multidisciplinary perspectives that contribute to evolving discourse on comprehensive security. It is an international academic journal with a global coverage focusing on defence, military conflict, security issues of a state and its citizens, discussing threats to, including political, socio-cultural, environmental, human rights, food, livelihood, and gender issues. It covers new dimensions of security challenges emerging from diaspora connections, international migrations, border fluidity, multiple citizenship regimes and other transnational processes that have emerged due to globalisation.

Call for Papers

Comprehensive Security Studies (CSS) invites original research articles, review articles, and book reviews for its upcoming issues. The journal encourages innovative, critical and multidisciplinary perspectives that contribute the evolving discourse on comprehensive security. It focuses on, though not confined to, defence, internal and external security, global conflicts, human security, emerging technology, climate change, gender issues, migration and diaspora. It is published thrice a year and it follows a rigorous double-blind peer-review process by minimum of two reviewers. It welcomes submissions from scholars across disciplines. Manuscripts may be submitted throughout the year.

Review of Global Studies (RGS) invites submissions from scholars working on global geo-politics, inter-state relations, international regimes and institutions, transnational identities and area studies. It encourages submission of interdisciplinary manuscripts on areas such as development studies, global governance, public policy, international institution and regimes, transnationalism, civil societies and domestic issues having international interface and critical theories of global governance. Published three times annually, RGS seeks theoretical and empirical contributions that advance critical global studies scholarship. All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process by minimum of two reviewers. Manuscripts may be submitted throughout the year.
